These Terms govern your use of the TeamUp Esports app and website (the "Service"), provided by Charos S.r.l., Via Allocca 60, Somma Vesuviana (NA), Italy, VAT No. IT10549841210 ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten or discriminate against other users;
- post illegal, offensive or misleading content, or impersonate others;
- cheat, manipulate tournaments or abuse the Service;
- attempt to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Tournaments and third parties
Tournaments may be organized by third parties. We are not responsible for their organization, rules, prizes or outcomes. Games and trademarks shown in the Service belong to their respective owners.
5. User content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
